PS4 has Destiny, Batman this year along with the first wave of sports games that are really made for next-gen (Madden, FIFA, NBA 2K, NHL, etc.). Not to mention I suspect Sony will have some 1st/2nd party games.
People really don't buy a Playstation for just one game, they buy it for the promise of having the overall breadth of general software that they want for the next 5 years. Having a Playstation console means never having to worry about third party content or huge droughts in the long term, so there doesn't have to be like "one game" that sells the system.
If you like COD, GTA, Madden, FIFA, Uncharted, Batman, Final Fantasy, Metal Gear Solid, Resident Evil, Assassin's Creed, etc. or you like new IP from those developers and want a next-gen console then your only option is either the PS4 or X1. Some people just choose to jump on earlier, some will come on board later.
