I feel like Nintendo is in big trouble at this point. Here's why:

Blue ocean and red ocean strategies cannot be combined. The primary goal of blue ocean strategy is higher profit margins which contradicts the nature of red ocean markets.

Exactly.  That is why the Wii U is doing so badly.  I am glad we are finally on the same page!
