I feel like Nintendo is in big trouble at this point. Here's why:

The problem is that the Wii was clearly a lucky fluke.  It isn't easy (Or plannable) to have a business model that reinvents the wheel every 5 years.  They need to figure out what kind of image and services they want to define them, and then hammer it in year after year.
