I have already a big 3DS backlog as I mostly use my Wii U these days.
I do not consider it a good handheld. It is far to difficult to use in sunlit areas as it is hard to see the screen. I mostly use it in bed at night and now the Wii U gamepad can serve that purpose. The Wii U does lack some of the games that does the 3DS attractive.
