This game is fun thanks to great shooting and cover mechanics and the world has a great atmosphere, especially during storms. Chicago is I think actually the best part of the entire game.
Sadly, the whole story and characters including voice-acting, dialogue, structure etc. is utterly bad, almost unbearable in some places. To that come all the flaws and quite many unpolished aspects, which break the immersion quite often. I hope the directors learn alot from the mistakes as Watch Dogs has additionally a significant amount of bad game design choices - there are some really outdated, strange and non-completed aspects in the game, particularly during the main missions.
Nonetheless, some are trying too hard to bash on the game. It's certain not great, but it's still quite good - 7.5/10. A good purchase+resale or rent for early adopters. Ubisoft did an amazing job at marketing this game, therefore also the tremendous sales...well, and maybe that very first E3 trailer helped too xD
