Given the push they gave it and even bundling, I'm surprised they didn't do a better job with optimization. That's really my point.
The PSP version of GT could have easily been more robust, Sony purposely released an inferior game with little features. That's what they wanted PSP users to have.
If anything, maybe Sony feels a robust GT on a handheld console might somehow hurt GT's brand. That's is a more valid argument than what you're telling me.
