I guess th 30 second spot will be the one used for TV. Gotta admit, MS is stepping their game up, while I don't expect an immediate turn around, I think they are starting to find their legs this gen. 

Huh? Companies use celebrities in commercials all the time. Remember Robin Williams playing Skyward Sword? Or Harrison Ford playing Uncharted? I don't see how this equates to "finding their legs". 

Their marketing is getting better, they dropped Kinect, Spencer seems like he knows what he's doing. I think they are starting to rev up after a slow start.
