Wow, he wouldn't get away with that in Europe. Can they really just fire you for no reason? Here you have to go through a series of verbal and written warnings to fire someone unless it's "gross misconduct" (eg stealing) in which case you can fire them on the spot.

 

It makes one wonder, doesn't it?
