I'd give it two weeks.
The MK8 word-of-mouth is still rather strong, and is going to spur on more sales at least for a while longer. If E3 brings strong titles and more killer promotions akin to what came with MK8's free game, you can probably expect more hardware sales as word of that spreads too.
One of the biggest sellers for WiiU right now, through said word of mouth, is the fact that you can get a bunch of games and the console for 300$. That tends to get people's interests piqued.
