#4 Polish on the game, is everything seamless and they pay attention to detail, the little things like hair physics and graphics though these are all very minor but it adds to the experience.
The top 3 can make a AAA title the 4th is just a little extra to me, replay value to me is not only how many times you will play through it but also in ten years will you remember this game and want to play it again, games like Super Mario Brothers on the NES, Earthbound, Chrono Trigger, and a few others fit the bill.
