Windows 9 Will Unify PC, Xbox, Phone, and Tablet OSes

i believe they said the same thing to windows 8.....

im happy with 8.1 to be honest.. i hope if ever they do win 9.... they would be able to have better interface with apps, programs, phone, etc....
