To test your theory I physically turned off my router and disconnected from the internet.
I was able to get both Max and Halo Spartan Assault to run. So from my end the rumor is completely debunked.
I'm in the USA.

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned. Top 50 'most fun' game list coming soon! |
