Though I must say, I'm not from the US. I only put my NNID and System settings to US so I can access the US E-eshop.

 

Also, I HAD YOU IN THAT 4TH RACE I HAD A RED SHELL I WOULD HAVE WON IF I HAD NOT DISCONNECTED! >:[
