A lot of games had probably started development well before November 2013 and what devs had in mind were decent PS360 sales still, and flops in the shape of Wii U and Vita. A lot of games are selling way better on next gens, but admittedly are more frontloaded while PS360 versions have better legs which is understandable considering the install base.
I think that every game that started development in 2014 and beyond won't have the burden of last gen consoles, it's pretty obvious that it's barely worth it now, and won't be worth it in 2015 and later.



So it is happening...PS4 preorder.
