Forza Horizon 2 Announced - Cross-gen coming this fall

Cool that it is cross-gen. Less incentive to upgrade till xbox two and ps5 show up with 80 gb ram.

Why are they announcing it now? If this was not big enough, does Microsoft have the mother of all E3's lined up ahead.
