Those reasons sound somewhat plausible, but if true then Activision have no reason to blame Wii U on lacklustre sales of their games.

I feel that Activision want to avoid any association to their games and the Wii U since merely saying the word 'Wii U' brings up a lot of stigma from the minds of people (although that has died down somewhat in the last 5-ish months). I swear last year people would say 'ew, that game is on Wii U? Do not want' etc.
