It doesn't have to be an allegiance it could be just that they have only gamed on one system for their life.

As far as I know most my more casual friends went from PS2 to 360/Wii and now are going PS4, so those ones just go with the flow on whatever is popular. Others are mostly PC gamers that might pick up a console or two in a generation or skip out entirely and the rest are ones who buy all the consoles. So as far as I know, none of them fit your criteria. With that being said I do know a guy who absolutely refuses to buy any PS console but he's not my friend so he doesn't count  .
