That's a hard question at first glance.... but then when I actually thought about it and broke it down, the Gamecube wins handily. Not that the others didn't hold their ground or in most cases surpassed the Gamecube. I just got so much out of my little purple Cube. Me and all my friends loved our PS2's and that was usually the "go to" system but get all of us friends together it seemed 99 times out of 100 we were gathered around the Game Cube and played a game of Super Mario Strikers or Mario Kart and I must have sunken 100 hours into Resident Evil 4. I remember getting my launch day edition of RE4 with the bad ass metal red case and embossed RE 4 logo. I loved when I was a kid growing up playing the NES and I have fond memories of Contra and Duck Hunt and Mario and many many others. I got some great times out of the N64 also.. The Wii was "meh" for me even though it had some amazing games the spark I initially had with the Wii died out so fast even I was kinda surprised. I still have my Game Cube and all the games and controllers and I plan to keep it forever. It's about 10 years old now and it is in perfect shape.. and it's been beat up over the years. Most durable console I've ever owned that's for sure. and my favorite Nintendo console.
