freedom of speach means anyone can say anything without fear of retalitation from the government. 

in private citizenship you can say anything but there can be conciequnces such as getting banned from this site, losing your job, forced to sell the clippers (sterling), getting banned from country radio (dixie chicks), losing your foodnetwork show and cooking empire (paula deen), friends and family that think you are an asshole and hope you die a painful death alone and afraid.   you can say whatever you want but myself and this community can shun you if we want. 

so word of advise,.. lay off the hate speach. 

People really, really need to read up on their rights lol.
