Really don´t understand why the hell they overlooked it, every Mario Kart has an on-screen map, no?...it´s always been useful when I´m playing with my friends, and the lack of it in this game is getting in the way of enjoying it.

MK64 didn't have one. It had a line that showed who are in what place.
