It's not as good a laptop as a Mac Book Pro and it's not as good a tablet as an iPad. It's a short sided product for short sided consumers. It's a half assed product that tries to do both things but at half the quality.
Until developers tackle the hurdle of using a digital keyboard, consumers are better off owning two products or just doing their homework and picking which ever product serves their needs best.
