says who?  companies "pander" or "satisfy" their consumers needs all the time.  Not sure what you are going on about.  Misread my second part evidently. 

If I start a petition to get back tripping should Sakurai pander to my wishes despite the fact he saw fit to remove it?  

Also your "How will me survive,"made no sense so I ignored it.  Though evidently you wouldn't survive, adapt or die as they say.


mute point, hardly a relevant comparison.  The controller is central part of the community, hence the reason they specifically made one for the game (and perhaps GC VC), tripping is not.  Sakurai obviously wanted this Smash to be much more compeitive than Brawl e.g. overall faster play speed and L-cancelling.  Not sure you have any real point to make here.
