There is no Wii U turnaround, it's a failure of a console there. The PS4 will be too. And yes, PS4 will probably crawl its way to parity with Wii U in 2015/16 since Nintendo will have spent most of their big gun releases.
Zelda isn't a big franchise in Japan anymore, Sony has Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Metal Gear Solid, Tales, Dark Souls, Resident Evil, Street Fighter, Grand Theft Auto (say what you want, but the last one outsold Skyward Sword and A Link Between Worlds) etc. that will eventually migrate to the system, after Mario Kart, Nintendo has Smash Brothers (which will likely be a diluted impact due to the 3DS version coming first) and NFC toys basically left.
