They need an animatronic arm/hand attachment, so you can punch your friends (with the same attachment) in the face, via Kinect video chat.

Of course, PSEye could probaby do that to if you held the glowing orb, but it doesn't have The Power of the Cloud because MS trademarked that phrase.
