Only GTA V.
If nintendo had made a deal with take two, and bundled it with wii U for 300$, and put a self studio to port the game , making also some exclusive content (like a pikachu car, mario easter eggs), and a good gamepad feature (like an optional ps1's GTA view angle in the gamepad), it could sell some hardwares.
In GTAV launch, ps3 and x360 hardware boosted to 300k each or more, Wii U could get part of these market. And, i think it could sell 1 to 2 million at least in software sales.
