Turbo Express Portable says hi.  Although the TG16 was even less popular  than Nintendo's least popular console, so for Nintendo it'd actually work.

Now that you mention it, I do think that this "Fusion" console as a whole sounds a lot like the Turbo Express and the Nomad, and realistically speaking what are the alternatives?
