Wasn't there a lawsuit about Dead Rising and Dawn/Day of the Dead not to long ago. I think that is preventing a sequel right now. I downloaded the demo of this game the other day. I've played through it 3 times already and I'm waiting on when I get paid this week to probably go out and buy it, unless I can talk my friend into getting it instead.
