Where did you come by that information? Having read the source and the place the souce got the story from all that was mentioned was 17ml by april 2015. Which is just a glorified way of saying they plan on selling a total of 17ml PS4s by the end of their 2014-2015 (april 1st - march 31st) fiscal year.

I don't see this being a problem in any way. I actually expect them to sell around 15-16ml consoles by the end of this year.

As i stated above this is old news from there financial report. There are many sources for this, yet this article didnt even use it as a source, there just reporting 3rd hand information.
