"Starting from the top, then, there has been a surprising amount of confusion surrounding the resolution of the game with some sources even suggesting a native 1080p presentation. Framerate is not perfect 60 and hdoes have some stuttering but it's not too bad.

Well that does kinda suck, to be honest. 

Meh, Batman Arkham City was 720p with no AA on PS3/360 and I don't recall that ruining the game.

As for 59fps vs 60fps, you'd have to be a Jedi to notice that.
