No it isn't. She didn't have any of that before waking up.

I won't even argue the implications that condoning the parenting of someone who allows they're 3 year old to "pick up smoking" has. There is absolutely no reason why a 3 year old should have the physical capability to "pick up smoking."

None of those cases, which are not the ones you listed, deal with someone growing up after years in comatose. Every case you listed lasted less than 6 weeks and the psycological changes are mainly due to severe head trauma. You're being sloppy.
