PS3 version of GTA 4 to COST £5 MORE than 360 version....WTF SONY!!

You missed one possible reason:

F) PS3 games are generally more expensive because the BR disc costs more to produce than DVD.

I thought this was the main reason nearly all PS3 games are more expensive, but I may be completely wrong.
