Yeah, well, that's just, like, your opinion, man.

Fortunately, 8.5 million copies and universal critical acclaim beg to differ, and considering how "well" SS sold, they just might get their heads out of their collective asses and figure out how they can repeat TWP success.

Meenwhile how many hundreds of thousands of old school zelda lovers don't play zelda anymore because we think the zelda franchise is just an empty shell of its former self. Please, people, stop downplaying other peoples posts by just saying 'well thats just your opinion.'  Everyones thoughts on this are just their opinion.

Do you think there are really hundreds of thousands of people who played Zelda and quit because of the 3D transition? There is no way of knowing, but that is a huge statement. Anyway, have you tried ALBW, it is definitely a treat for a lover of top-down Zeldas.

I may buy it just for collectors sake. But I have come to hate dual screen with passion. It literally makes potential great games sour for me. When I think of how great games could have been on one slightly larger/better res screen (nothing too high like the vita), when i think of some of the games that were actually _ruined_ because of that nonsense, I just have to look away. I finally just gave up on my DS (you can look at my library on how hard I tried to enjoy it) and swore I wouldn't invest in the 3DS until it was EOL.
