They have morpheus, they have new SKU's, they have tons of AAA exclusives, they have tons of indies, they most likely have PS+ announcements.
I know MS have a lot of games too, but I dont think they will look as impressive as the PS4 exclusives. I know games are not just about graphics but at E3, when you are just limited to watching (unless you go to the event), uncharted will always have that killer effect.
MS may also face EA coming up on the Sony stage and announcing garden warfare on PS4 at 1080p

You win with surprise AAA announcements. We allready know about Morpheus, indies are never show stoppers, same goes for PS + announcements. New Skus is not a bombshell.

Considering we know about Uncharted 4 and Halo 5, Uncharted shouldn't count as any more special then a Halo 5 video, considering Halo has always been a bigger IP. And PVZ Garden Warfare isn't making any big splashes so it won't exactly be the FF13 multiplat announcement of multiplat games or anything.

Sony won last E3 because they undercutted MS polocies and especially price. This year they will have to out-announce MS in AAA games to win.
