Well I will admit that I don't know enough about this game to be too sure so I voted "Need To See More". But my initial feeling is that I won't pick it up and I also hope it will sell very poorly.
Why? Well, first of all I am a big fan of the Zelda-series. And these kind of spin-offs I don't like at all. If it turns out to be a success we will only see more and more spin-offs like this, and I won't like it one bit. I only want the original series with dungeons and the whole package, the things that make Zelda what it is.
But back to what I first said, I don't know enough about this game and it might contain a lot of what I expect from a Zelda, I just don't know. If it's just a hack-n-slash game with Link they don't have me sold.
So as for the prediction of sales I don't know. Perhaps around 1 million WW lifetime sales. Hopefully less if the game is too different from Zelda and hopefully more if the game is actually good and deserves it.
