Fifa too (and probably other sport games). Despite being minority there are more 60 FPS games in PS3's top 10 best selling games than 30 FPS ones.

On another front 9 out of the PS3's top 10 most critically acclaimed exclusives run at 30fps ^^ (with the other being a target 60fps game, not a locked one).

That's because the money needed for the other 30 FPS was spent on something else.
