I agree. Besides Vita may sell not even close of PSP but its improving and X1 has to release yet (even though won't make a big difference). If gaming decline there will be mostly because of the wii fad and vita failing.
I'm thinking all consoles will sell aprox 50m combined which is bad compared to previous gens but not awful
