Until more Japan-appealing titles release for the PS4, it's far too early to reliably predict the performance of the PS4 in Japan. The console has only been in the market there for about three months, and many of the first round of potential, heavy-hitting titles still have yet to be released, such as Final Fantasy XV and Kingdom Hearts III, which have a bigger shot at boosting PS4/Xbox One sales because those titles are not cross-generational like some of the early PS4 Japanese launch titles, like Ishin!.
