Oh, forgot about the geniuses at Shin'en. Both "games" look good, yes. Their tech has to be investigated further, hopefully by DF.

I can't see DF bothering with eshop games sadly.

Thankfully, Shin'en have been pretty open about a lot of the tech they are using; 4k-8k textures, subsurface scattering, physically based shading, etc.
