It says nothing about art of balance using 4 - 8k textures ... 

What is "Since FRN we use 4 - 8K textures" supposed to mean ? Is it every game AFTER FRN releases that every game will have 4 - 8K textures or is it since the announcement of FRN that every game is using 4 - 8K textures ?
