@Hynad the world in Watchdogs is much much bigger then ISS and plus their have multiple Cities each with their own huge area to explore. Its common knowledge that ,, the bigger the world,, the more taxing it will become. Plus watchdogs has alot more going on ,, in terms od physics and dynamic reflections when it rains and other minute stuff which add detail to the world . if i remember correctly ISS didn't have that dynamic reflection when it rains or when delsin goes over a puddle. He had no reflection. This extra thigns added to watchdogs make it hard for it to look like ISS
