You can predict anyway, since I'm not sure if i'm even gonna put different regions in the same ranking and besides there is also a list that keeps number of rounds entered as priority.
EDIT : to make it fair within a few rounds we will have some sort of cut off anyway, since only welfare and me have been in all rounds
