DS, Wii, and 3DS were all in the lead right out the gate. They sold much faster at launch than their competitors.

This is a simple thing to determine. Nintendo will continue to support the Wii U for a few more years, until 2017-2018 at the absolute latest. Sony and Microsoft will still be supporting their consoles past 2020. They will outlast the Wii U no matter what it does in its lifetime.

The Wii U has eDRAM and the PS4 has GDDR5.

GDDR5 = 176GB a second

eDRAM = 1TB or 1000GB a second

The Wii U just might outshine the other consoles. I know you don't know what I'm talking, but you can look it up.
