Sadly for X, none of them will sell well. Bayonetta 2 was a bad investment from the start so I dont think they will pump more money into marketing for it. They will do the bare minimum for it. Hyrule warriors is just dynasty warriors with a zelda skin. I dont think you will see Nintendo promoting it very much either as I think it will probably meta in the low 70's.
X is going to be a great game, and has the potential for great sales, but sadly nintendo wont promote it outside of japan.
So, morale of the story is Nintendo isnt going to give any of these games the marketing campaign they need to have blockbuster sales. Like the op said, I think the ceiling for all these titles is 1 million, they wont sell more than that, and likely to sell much worse...
