final fantasy 10, final fantasy 12, Gow of war 1 and 2, ratchet and clank, Jak3, Devil may cry 3, Tekken 5, Soul cal 2 and 3, Burnout 3, (along with many more) are all games that rival if not beat Super mario in the graphics dept.
And the ps2 had a higer polygon count then the xbox. whem porting games from ps2 to xbox EA sports had to lower the count.
