It's likely.

Sometimes I find myself forcing to play casual games in the company of others. Pains me to play for sure, but if it's 'fun' for others, I will try.

It's MUCH easier for hardcore gamer to try casual, than for casual gamer to try hardcore. (imagine getting your mom to play Bioshock? or Halo3? or even FFXIII?)

Frankly, I think through aging, most hardcore gamer simply give up gaming than becoming a casual gamer.

Well, you can't exactly set around and play Fire Emblem while a group of peole watch you "pwn" with Ike and Titania by getting 4 +1's on a level up or soft resetting, now can you?

The best game for you would be Smash Brothers, or Wii-wheel Mario Kart. Nintendo is trying to bridge this gap, and the games they're releasing are quite fantastic.

I don't need your console war.
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor.
You're power hungry, spinnin' stories, and bein' graphics whores.
I don't need your console war.

NO NO, NO NO NO.
