The real reason Wii U is considered "underpowered"?

There's just one thing I'd like to point out and I'd assume that this graph is average power consumption on ANY given activity such as watching a movie or playing games. What you want to use is LOAD power consumption when playing GAMES and such to compare the computational capabilities of the console.
