Devs or rather publishers may have been pissed with Xbone's crap launch and failure to live up to expectations.
Those unfulfilled expectations led to deals like Titanfall exclusivity and/or not getting enough $$$ from MS to justify exclusivity on the #2 platform.
Now it is clear that Xbone is the #2 platform, there is no problem, expectations have been adjusted and business is business.
