Lolll, well its hard at first but once you get the hang of it, its pretty awesome!

Hint: Make sure you enable Layer Window, History Window, and Animation Window and then after your gif is good to go, Go to File > Save for Web & Devices and then you optomize it! Oh and make sure the "Frame Delay" in the animation window is less than 0.07 seconds if you want the gif to go fast or >.1s if u want it to go slow!
