The Battle Mode without Arenas really bums me out. Why would they even do that?

So is it like Wipeout 2048, where the battles are done in regular tracks? If so, that could work out really well.

It already didn't work out because everyone is complaining about it.

There are certainly lots of complaints, but I'm still anxious to try it. After reading more, it sounds exactly like Wipeout, which was really fun. Plus you can add bots.

Battle mode has been in decline since Mario Kart 64, anyway, so I don't mind the shake-up.
