I think most of us didn't believe the 60FPS reports, I can see the resolution being slightly lower because Infamous could do it, but it was a single platform and though i loved it, the city wasn't that packed...so if WD is a packed city, then of course it will require more resources.
I guess the only thing some people may look out for is a day 1 resolution patch, if so then yeah there is something dodgy going on :)
